1. Definitions
“Company” refers to FlyOver Success Travel Consultancy.
“Client” refers to any individual or organization using our services.
“Services” refers to consultancy, advisory, job placement assistance, study abroad support, permanent residency programs, and any other offerings by FlyOver Success.
2. Scope of Services
FlyOver Success provides advisory, guidance, and facilitation services in travel, immigration, and career opportunities.
We work only with licensed recruiters, employers, and institutions in destination countries.
We do not issue visas. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of embassies or immigration authorities.
3. Payments & Fees
Clients must adhere to the payment structures communicated for each program (deposit + balance).
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Balance payments must be made before submission of visa documentation.
Additional costs such as embassy fees, medical exams, police clearances, and flight tickets are not included in our program fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide truthful, accurate, and complete documents (passport, academic certificates, employment records, bank statements, etc.).
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet financial and legal requirements for their chosen destination (proof of funds, clean criminal record, valid medical status, etc.).
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Processing Timelines
All timelines communicated are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to embassy backlogs, security checks, policy changes, or other external factors beyond our control.
FlyOver Success will not be liable for delays in visa processing.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information and documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
Personal data will only be shared with authorized partners, recruiters, and institutions as necessary for service delivery.
FlyOver Success complies with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
7. Refunds
All payments are subject to our Refund & Disclaimer Policy.
Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be considered in cases where refusal is directly caused by an error from FlyOver Success.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlyOver Success is not responsible for visa refusals caused by client circumstances (false documents, insufficient funds, prior immigration violations, medical conditions, etc.).
We are not liable for losses resulting from delays, policy changes, or third-party actions.
Our responsibility is limited to the scope of services agreed upon at the time of engagement.
9. Communication
All official communication will be via email, WhatsApp, or phone using the contact details provided by FlyOver Success.
Clients must keep their contact details up to date to ensure smooth communication.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable settlement.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the country where FlyOver Success is registered and may be referred to arbitration or mediation before legal action.
11. Amendments
FlyOver Success reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated policies will be published on our website and communicated to clients where necessary.
Acknowledgement
By making payment or engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund & Disclaimer Policy.
