At FlyOver Success Travel Consultancy, transparency and trust are at the heart of our services. To protect both our clients and our company, we have established the following policies regarding refunds, payments, and responsibilities.
Refund Policy
1. Deposits
All deposits made towards work permit, study, or PR programs are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits secure your slot and cover administrative, consultation, and processing costs.
2. Balance Payments
Balance payments must be completed before visa documentation is submitted to the embassy or immigration office.
If a client fails to complete payment within the required timeline, FlyOver Success reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
3. Visa Refusal Cases
If refusal is caused by FlyOver Success (error in documentation submitted by our team):
We will either re-apply on your behalf or transfer the service fee to another eligible program at no extra administrative charge.
If refusal is caused by client circumstances (e.g., false or incomplete documents, insufficient funds, previous immigration bans, misrepresentation, criminal record, health reasons):
FlyOver Success will not be held responsible.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Program Withdrawal
If a client voluntarily withdraws from a program after payment has been made, all fees paid remain non-refundable.
5. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees (30-min, 60-min, or 90-min sessions) are non-refundable.
However, these fees will be deducted from the total program cost if you proceed with us.
Disclaimer
1. No Visa Guarantee
FlyOver Success does not issue visas. Only embassies and government immigration authorities have the sole right to grant or refuse visa applications.
We guarantee professional guidance, genuine job offers, and licensed recruiter partnerships—but final outcomes are beyond our control.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and verifiable documents (passport, educational certificates, bank statements, medicals, police clearance, etc.).
Failure to provide truthful documents will result in program termination without refund.
3. Third-Party Costs
External costs such as embassy fees, medical examinations, insurance, ticketing, and police clearance are borne directly by the client and are not included in our program fees.
4. Processing Timelines
All timelines provided are estimates based on past experience. Processing may take longer due to embassy backlogs, security checks, or policy changes beyond our control.
5. Program Variation
Immigration policies are subject to change. FlyOver Success is not liable for delays or denials caused by changes in government laws, quotas, or visa regulations.
